I’m Not Gay Shirt . Cropped denim in the I will buy this front, hooded twill in the back—Veronica Beard has created a casual collage of a jacket that will be taking us all the way through the spring season. Great with a pair of canvas kicks and just right for that in-between weather, we’ll be bringing this one along on all our long walks through the park. We’re bringing an extra dash of panache to our next picnic in the form of this sweetly embellished button-down by Retrofête. Its jewel-encrusted collar and cuffs add enough glitz to allow for the rest of the ensemble to be pared-down—like a sharp pair of black cigarette pants and pointed-toe slingbacks. Hoops are always a good idea, and Lana’s wavy 14-karat take is a welcome twist on the classic style. A quick and easy way to punch up everything from t-shirts to bikinis, these earrings are bound to become a spring staple, no matter what the occasion.
I’m Not Gay Shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt
Theory’s slim-fitting navy knit has us dreaming of setting sail with crisp wide-leg pants, a rumpled bucket hat, and scuffed lace-ups I’m Not Gay Shirt . Really, any boat will do—if a yacht or a sailboat doesn’t make itself available, a ferry or sightseeing cruise will also get the I will buy this job done. A soft apricot cardigan feels like spring personified—and we have every intention of maximizing the sherbet shade of this A.L.C. sweater by tossing it on and running out the door the moment we hear the dulcet tones of the ice cream truck outside our windows this season. No need to worry about the look beneath it, because it’s sure to sweeten any ensemble.

I had been searching for a good staple black cropped hoodie for a while, however most cropped hoodies cost upwards of $40, which I thought was outrageous to spend on a trendy piece of clothing that might not be fashionable next year (as it happens with most fast fashion items). I decided instead to buy this affordable hoodie and crop it myself. It came out great! I cropped it right above the pocket line, and I just left the hem raw (I didn’t sew it). For reference, I am 5’3 and 157lbs. I purchased a size large because I wanted the oversized look. I really like how it came out!
Now, don’t expect the finest quality fabric at $14 (although for what it is, the hoodie is very nice). It has a plain cottony exterior (a bit scratchy in my opinion), but the inside is a very soft fleece. Nevertheless, the black fabric doesn’t look cheap or anything.
I’m thinking of maybe tie-dyeing it with bleach, will update if I do!
