Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Campaign Sparks Joy and Movement for Preschoolers and Families Worldwide

Disney has officially launched “Disney Jr. Let’s Play!”, a new global initiative designed to inspire preschoolers to embrace the magic of play. With the help of beloved characters like Mickey Mouse, Bluey, Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends, and SuperKitties, this campaign invites families to step away from their screens and rediscover the fun of active, creative play together.

This multi-platform campaign spans TV content, live events, community activations, consumer products, and more. At its heart is Disney Jr.’s mission: to spark imagination and joy through storytelling. As part of the launch, a special segment was featured on Good Morning America, with additional features scheduled throughout the summer to build awareness and excitement.

One of the most groundbreaking announcements tied to the campaign is a collaboration between ESPN’s “Take Back Sports,” Disney Jr., and national nonprofit Every Kid Sports. Together, they’re offering first-of-its-kind sports grants for preschoolers from low-income families. Through the Fall 2025 Every Kid Sports Pass, families can apply to have sports registration fees fully covered — helping little ones access team sports at a time when they’re just beginning to explore movement and social interaction.

In addition to grants, Disney is bringing play into local communities with an exciting mix of live experiences. These include a Disney Jr.-themed roller-skating party at over 400 rinks, the popular Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play! concert tour (now expanding internationally), themed YouTube shorts to promote daily routines and fun, and a Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Party at Disney California Adventure Park and Downtown Disney District later this summer.
